We had a balcony and liked sitting outside with coffee after dinner. The bed was very good, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent, with more than enough to eat. TOP HOTEL

The staff were so friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was clean and had a large balcony, plus coffee and Elemis products in the bathroom. It's rated as a 3-star hotel, but to us it felt like a 4-star. We'll be back!

A cozy place in a great location, just right for a weekend in Texel.

We’ll definitely return. The hotel is close to the shops, bike rental and restaurants, though the road outside leads towards a rather scruffy campsite. One night we were woken by a fight involving drunk young people. I assume it was an isolated incident. Inside, the rooms were exceptionally clean and well kept, and the owner was incredibly friendly. We stayed for a few nights at the end of August, and the breakfast had such a wide selection that it could rival a 5-star resort in Greece. That’s unusual by Dutch standards. It’s adults-only, which was a big plus for us. Drinks are handled in a relaxed way: you write down what you pour yourself, then put the receipt on a noticeboard at the end of the evening. The owner adds it to your final bill. That was a relief compared with being awkwardly handed a bill right after ordering at other hotels.
