The breakfast service was especially good, and the host was superb. The restaurant was busy on February 14th, so check-in took a bit longer than usual, but it didn’t spoil our fun. We spent two nights here and had a great weekend. The room, bed, and bathroom were all comfortable and clean, and both the hotel and its surroundings were wonderful.

Breakfast came served at the table, with lots to choose from. The room looked beautifully decorated as soon as we arrived, and it was truly fantastic. A super nice hotel and room, with everything you could want.

We got a very friendly welcome. The hotel and rooms have a charming old Dickens style, and the breakfast was both delicious and generous, served with real enthusiasm. A solid 10 out of 10.

Traffic was loud, with cars speeding past, and the food was average, nothing special. Most of the staff were friendly, though not all of them. It was an okay stay, neither great nor bad, and would work for an overnight stop while traveling. The room was clean but very small and crowded with antique-looking things, leaving nowhere to put anything down. The window opened into the bed, which was inconvenient at night. The building is old and historic, with no elevator and steep stairs up to the first floor room. The front door stays locked, and you need a key to get out, which I found inconvenient.
