Hotel de Emauspoort

The location couldn't have been better, and both the shower and breakfast were great. Our room was so comfortable. Everything was just right, five stars!

This little hotel spans several houses along one street, and it even has train carriages, though ours wasn't one of them. The room was very clean and had a bath. Breakfast was included, with a typical Dutch selection, but there was no choice: it came on a cake stand, so anything you didn't want would go to waste. My husband valiantly ate both his egg and mine. The meat was sitting on top of the cheese. The odd green wallpaper and wasteful breakfast setup cost it a star, but it's still a lovely place to stay in Delft.

Jeroen and Desiree, the entrepreneurs, opened a pop-up shop for flowers, plants, and pots today, adding something extra to the guest experience.

We had a lovely stay and would come back. The owner was super friendly and even let us have a room without a reservation. It was huge for four people, with no extra charge, pretty clean, and included all services. The next day we tried the good breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a renovated old building right in Delft's city center, and the cozy atmosphere made us want to stay longer. Totally recommended!
