I mentioned the cleaning problems on three mornings, including bottle and glass marks, floor stains, and hair on the shelves, but they weren't dealt with during my stay. The entrance looks lovely and the staff were friendly. Still, my room wasn't properly cleaned, and the wear and tear in both my room and the second-floor hallway was easy to see.

We had dinner here and the food was very good. The breakfast buffet was fabulous too, and the hotel has a big parking area. Our beds were great, there was plenty of room, and the walk-in shower, lobby, and self-service laundry were all nice. I took off a star because the carpet just past the elevator stayed dirty the whole time and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages. Also, one of the elevators wasn't working, which is a problem in such a big hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our bedroom was comfortable with a good bathroom. The lounge, reception, bar, and dining space are open plan, and the food was prepared and presented really well. The hotel has an interesting record and IKEA furnishings. It's easy to reach from the motorway, and there's a shuttle into Delft.

Breakfast was great, and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. We got a warm, professional welcome too. I was there with four friends, and it was a top stay. Thanks for a great experience!

Dinner was another strong point, with great food and service, and breakfast was a wonderful experience. The friendly staff kept the same quality and consistency day after day. We had a quick, efficient checkout, and free parking was a great extra. We stayed 4D/3N and were impressed throughout. Check-in was super welcoming, our large room had excellent bedding and a good-sized bathroom with all the amenities, and they even provided binoculars for views of Rotterdam and the surroundings. Every service we received was perfect. We'll be back.
