Luxury Apartments Delft Suites

The rooms are quiet with nice interiors, breakfast is good, and the place is near Delft Railway Station, the Bus Terminal, and the city centre. But the rooms are only 10m2, too small even for a business traveller, and there’s no common space. The stairs are very narrow if you’re carrying luggage. Check-in and breakfast are both at locations separate from the room. Checking in after 00:00 costs 50 Euro, which is really weird. If you need an invoice at checkout, it’s only available after 8:30 am, so you can’t check out before 7 am.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The apartment is spacious and affordable, with the breakfast lounge just a couple of doors away and easy to find. It’s right in the heart of Delft’s old city, with the market just outside and the main sights close by. Just be aware that the stairs up to the apartments are steep, so they may be difficult if you have trouble climbing stairs.

We had a nice view of the canal from our recently renovated studio, with modern furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious, clean bathroom with a washer and dryer. Our first-floor apartment was one of four in an old house converted into separate units, right in central Delft. Breakfast was included at The Lounge, just a few steps away. Market Square is only minutes away on foot, and there are lots of shops, excellent restaurants, and bars nearby, including places with indoor and covered, heated outdoor seating.

There’s loads of space, the beds are comfortable, the TVs are very nice, and the kitchen is amazing, though it’s missing a few things like an oven. The bedrooms have frosted glass doors and walls, so you’ll notice if any lights are on. The living room, dining area, and kitchen all share one big room, with little other common space. I also found the house’s design odd: too many chandeliers, and the Delft blue doesn’t work well with the modern style. Still, it’s a very great place to stay.
