The staff were polite and helpful, and breakfast was fresh with a decent range of options. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel was clean and conveniently located. It was a very good stay. The Wi-Fi was sometimes slow, though, and the room could have been a little quieter. I’d consider staying again.

The pillows were my one real problem: they were so big, hard, and lumpy that I couldn’t sleep on them. Still, the cleanliness and service more than made up for it. The rooms were clean, room service was good, and everyone at reception was incredibly friendly. The staff were warm and helpful throughout, and we felt very well looked after. Breakfast was generous and served by lovely people. Special thanks to the wonderful lady from the Philippines, who felt like the sister we’d all wish for. I’d recommend the hotel and stay again.

I was expecting a basic room because the price was low, but it turned out to be spacious, clean, and well kept, with an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was great value too, with scrambled eggs and bacon alongside the usual continental choices. Weekday service starting at 6:30 a.m. worked well for me. I’ve saved the hotel as a favorite.

I had a great time here and would happily come back. The room and location suited us well, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The receptionist Kyn and Maria at the breakfast buffet were especially nice.

The staff were wonderfully friendly, and there’s convenient parking and an excellent dim sum restaurant. The drawback is that the hotel is quite far from Delft’s tourist sights. Also, during our two-night stay, there were no glasses in the bathroom.
