Novotel Suites Den Haag City Centre

We came to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday, and the team made the occasion truly special. We'll remember it for a long time. Everyone was welcoming, and the rooms were nice, with an excellent breakfast too. Novotel Den Haag City Centre is right in the middle of The Hague, in De Passage, the Netherlands' oldest shopping arcade, dating back to 1885. The Binnenhof is directly opposite. The Best Western brand has maintained the quality I've found at other locations I've visited, so travelers can expect a very good standard. This hotel is a solid choice, with clean rooms and a generous breakfast. It has a historic exterior and a modern interior, and the location is convenient.

The reception team deserves special mention, especially Michelle and her blonde, blue-eyed colleague whose name I can't recall. They were outstanding, and the staff in general were warm, friendly, and ready to help. Breakfast was excellent, and cleanliness was at an excellent level. The hotel is in one of the best parts of The Hague. My room was cozy and warm, though the bed was a little small.

The breakfast had just the right mix of choice, quality, and taste, and there was a play area for the kids. We were visiting as a family for the weekend and were given a free upgrade to an executive suite. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and a great spot downtown, close to a tram and a historic shopping arcade.
