The place and rooms are beautiful, with really cool furnishings, and everything is done to a high standard. But the owners’ service was awful. They came across as arrogant, angry at the whole world, and completely lacking in manners. It’s a real shame, because the place itself is so lovely. The people working there left a terrible impression.

The owner replied quickly and was very hospitable. The place is well located for the city and surrounding area, and the amenities are top-notch. Definitely recommended.

For one night, it was perfectly fine. Everything went smoothly, the service was quick, and the provider was friendly.
