The room was clean, tasteful, and practical, and the location was ideal. The remote service worked really well, but I missed having someone there in person. I’m not keen on detached digital communication when there’s already so much of it in everyday life. For the room price, I think guests need a warm human welcome and someone on site to talk to. Still, everything else about our stay was positive.

Great location and a nice room. The cooking pan was old and should be replaced. There were no dishwashing supplies or anything to clean the room with, so for stays longer than 1-2 days you might end up having to buy cleaning things.

Once the initial issues were sorted out, we felt comfortable and well looked after. The location was ideal, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Getting in by opening the doors through an email was a bit complicated, and other guests were struggling with it too. Our first room had plumbing problems and awful sanitary conditions, but Rafaella at the front desk moved us to a different unit when we asked. It was clean and very nice, and she was extremely helpful.

The room wasn’t clean, there were hairs on the bed.
