Roosjesweg 2 Luxe gastenkamer 400 meter van strand met parkeerplaats

The apartment was well equipped, and the landlord sent useful information before we arrived. We never met him, though, so after that the whole experience felt impersonal. Having a parking space at the building was handy, and the town center, beach, and Albert Heijn supermarket were all close by. The terrace felt too exposed for us. We stayed on a weekday in the off season and were very happy with the price, but it would have been too expensive for us in peak season.

We had our own parking space when we arrived in Domburg, and the new-build house looked well kept from the outside. Inside, though, the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly as the private message instructed: there was sand on the floor and dust on the walls. The kick plate beneath the kitchenette was lying on the floor. That evening, noise from the owners and/or the other room came clearly through the ventilation ducts and disturbed our sleep. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out, and the device couldn’t establish a data network connection. For what we got, the overnight stay was honestly too expensive.

We had a really pleasant stay at this new place in the center of Domburg. Jeroen and Saskia were warm and welcoming, and we’d definitely recommend Roosjesweg 2. Thanks to them!

A lovely new place to stay right in the center of Domburg. You can park for free next to it, and the beach, restaurants, terraces, and supermarket are all about a five-minute walk away.
