That massage chair was a treat after a day out, and the shared kitchen has pretty much everything, from a microwave and egg boiler to an oven, kettle and coffee maker. You can help yourself to it all. There’s no private parking, though street parking nearby is free, and EV charging points are just around the corner. I stayed in the ground-floor Vincent van Gogh room at Bommelsteijn B&B in Dordrecht. It was comfortable and nicely decorated, with its own bathroom and toilet. The windows have remote controls, and the room has a ceiling fan for summer, radiators for winter, bedside reading lights, a big TV and even a sink for drinking water. At night, stars are projected across the ceiling, a fun little touch. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. The B&B is about a 10-minute walk from Dordrecht train station, two minutes from a Jumbo supermarket and very close to the city center. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I had a great time here and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dordrecht.

I was a little doubtful when I learned this was where I’d be staying for my two nights in Dordrecht, but it turned out to be a great place, and the owner is amazingly friendly. The room was clean, cozy and had everything I needed. There’s a lot of charm to it. The shower door first looked to me like a closet entrance 😁, but behind it is a nice, not tiny bathroom and toilet. The host is happy to help with everything and knows a lot about the city. I arrived late in the evening, so my videos are dark. The room actually has two windows and gets nice light.

The building is beautiful and has been converted really well. Sebastian was a great host and made a lovely breakfast. The city centre is about a 20-minute walk away, while the Central Train Station is easy to reach in around 10 minutes if you cut through the park. Highly recommended, and I’d visit again.

The yard is beautifully done, and the rooms are phenomenal. Everything was as it should be, from the bathroom to the toilet. Most of all, the host is excellent. Congratulations, and good luck with the work ahead!
