Villa Klein Geluk

We had a really nice week in this lovely house in Egmond!

The supermarket is very close, while the walk to the beach takes a little longer and goes through the charming town. We were six people staying for a long weekend at Klein Geluk, and loved how beautiful and well furnished the house was. It was clean, the beds were made, and it had everything we needed to cook. The garden felt very private, which is unusual for such a small park. The owner was quick, friendly, and always happy to help. We’d gladly stay there again!

We’ve rented several holiday homes and apartments in Egmond, but Klein Geluk is our favorite for a peaceful, relaxing stay with all the comforts. It’s in the quiet Duinpark, with high-quality, comfortable furnishings. The large terrace has a parasol and sits among dune grass, giving plenty of privacy and screening from the neighbors. It’s a great base for cycling, and you can reach the beach in just a few minutes by bike. The owner is very friendly. We return to Egmond every year and know the town well. It’s a lovely coastal place, with a long fine-sand beach, nice beach pavilions, and a charming pedestrian zone. You can hike in the dunes from here, and it’s especially good for cycling. The Schoorl dunes are unique and breathtakingly beautiful.

It’s a quiet place to get away for a weekend, with a lovely private garden where you can have breakfast in the morning sun. The beach and boulevard in Egmond aan Zee are a 20-minute walk away. We’d definitely recommend Klein Geluk, and we’ll be back :)
