We'd gladly come back. The apartment was tidy and very clean, and our host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. We also really appreciated the complimentary cheese platter, a lovely thought that I forgot to thank them for in person. The place is a beautiful example of Dutch-style architecture, on a peaceful side street within walking distance of the city center. During our stay, PSV Eindhoven won the Dutch championship, so we got to experience the locals celebrating, which made the visit extra memorable. Thanks again for everything!

The owner Freek was wonderful and treated us with so much kindness during our vacation. The service was lovely, and our room was comfortable, luxurious, and peaceful. The accommodation is also well located, near the PSV stadium, Eindhoven center, and the train station.

We stayed four nights in the duplex, and would choose it again if we come back to Eindhoven. Freek was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, tidy, and well equipped, and the center was a 10-15 minute walk away.

We came to Eindhoven to watch PSV, and I don't think you could get a hotel any closer to the stadium. The city center is also just a 10-15 minute walk away. Freek was polite and always accommodating. Breakfast exceeded what we expected, and so did the other food and drinks provided.

We spent two nights here, very close to the PSV stadium and not far from the city center. The place was spacious and nicely equipped, with a living room and well-stocked kitchenette downstairs and a bedroom upstairs, reached by a narrow staircase. Breakfast was well prepared, especially the fresh-squeezed orange juice, and there's off-street parking. The host was friendly and clearly wanted us to have a good stay. A box of tissues and maybe some better soap would be useful additions.
