The rooms were clean and really warm, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom also felt new and spotless, while the lobby seating areas were lovely. Staff were helpful from the welcome right through checkout, and their WhatsApp line worked really well. Breakfast was fairly priced. There’s no spa at the hotel, but the staff pointed us toward nearby spa salons. Great value for the money, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Free coffee and tea are always available at reception, which was nice. We found the location convenient, with good links to the central station and a lively area full of good restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, cozy, and warm, and the service was very good. Breakfast could be better, though, with more vegetables. Highly recommended!

Ana at reception made us feel welcome and was really helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms felt fresh and crisp. It’s right in the city centre but on a quiet street. We’ll definitely stay again when we next visit our Dutch friends in Eindhoven.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but our room needed more upkeep. There were visible signs of wear, including ceiling stains and a cracked sink, and that took away from our comfort. A little more care in the rooms would make for a much better stay.

The lobby is nice, and the location is good. I especially liked having complimentary coffee and tea at the lobby bar around the clock. Room 207, a family room, was poorly laid out, with nowhere useful to put luggage or bath towels. I’m not sure if the other rooms are like that. The shower drain was still very slow after they repaired it. The fitness room was okay.
