It was a very enjoyable stay, and I hope to return. There’s a view of the lovely St. Catherine's church from the apartment, up one flight of narrow stairs, and the location is convenient for the station. Lighting was ample throughout, including above the bathroom mirror, which is often an area that needs better light. The bedroom light beside the bed was very bright, so I put a shawl over it. The bed was very comfortable, and the place was clean without being covered in strong, toxic scents. The supplied soaps and shampoo seemed pure, with real essential oils rather than chemicals. The kitchen had the basics for making a good meal, though I would have appreciated a sharp knife. Saturday night street noise did keep me from sleeping as well as I could have. I don’t think small dogs are allowed, which might affect a future trip with my husband and “dog-ter”!

I stayed in the top floor apartment, which was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the city centre location is great. The apartment was good value and perfectly acceptable for a short stay, provided you don’t need Wi-Fi for work or streaming. The Wi-Fi was very poor, under 1 Mbps on each of the three nights. Cooking options were limited because none of the saucepans had lids. There was also a mix of oversized dinner plates that wouldn’t fit in the dishwasher.

There’s plenty of space here, with a bath, bedroom, living room with TV, kitchen, and balcony where you can see the cathedral directly. I slept very well on the box spring bed. The cleaning ning guy was friendly and gave me tips on things to do during my stay. The place is right in central Eindhoven, an easy walk from Eindhoven Central. A perfect stay, and I’ll be back soon.

The location is excellent and check-in went smoothly. The Catharina apartment is roomy and stays cool in the summer heat, but it felt a bit damp. There were also too many mosquitoes in the downstairs bedroom. A dehumidifier would really help.

The view of the cathedral from my window was the highlight. Frits apartment was clean, had all the amenities I needed, and was perfectly placed right in the heart of everything. Booking directly was seamless and efficient too. I had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back.
