The rooms and facilities were in good shape, and sharing the shower and toilets on the first floor with a couple of other rooms caused no problems for me. The spot is handy for walking to most of the main places in the city, and I thought it was good value for the area. Boris was very friendly and helpful. There’s breakfast available, though I didn’t try it, plus a kitchen guests can use to make their own food. I’d recommend staying here.

We rented the home with friends and had a great time. It has a classic look and feel, a lovely atmosphere, and all the amenities you could need. The location is fantastic, and Boris was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’d recommend it to anyone passing through Eindhoven.

We had a good experience here. It feels more like staying in someone’s home, with the owner handling check-in and check-out, shopping, breakfast, and cleaning. There are only a few rooms, but the place is clean and relatively inexpensive. Parking is limited: there’s a small space for one car, if it happens to be free. Otherwise, street parking is free from 9 p.m. until 9 a.m. The owner may offer a room with free parking, and in that case probably covers the fee if the house’s own space isn’t available.

I only stayed one night, but Boris was so friendly. He even made breakfast for me the next morning. Amazing, and I’d definitely recommend the place.
