It was only one night at Winston B&B Eindhoven, but I left with a lovely impression. The room was spotless and cosy, and the bed was really comfortable. I knew in advance that the bathrooms were shared and down the hallway, so that was fine with me. The location is right in the city centre, on a lively street that gets busy with young people at night. I expected some music from outside, and could still rest well. The breakfast area was clean, attractive, and welcoming. Breakfast itself was fresh, delicious, and nicely laid out. The staff were especially kind and attentive, keeping the buffet stocked, making coffee, and helping guests with directions and recommendations. One of the staff members was from Romania like me, and our short chat made the stay feel more personal and warm. I'd happily come back.

Nina made sure I wouldn't miss my flight. I was rushing to the airport early and didn't have time for breakfast, so she packed me coffee, sandwiches, and biscuits an hour before breakfast service even began. Her husband was wonderful too. He was heading to a nearby area and drove me to the airport on his way. Thanks to these two special people, my experience was a 10/10. Nina couldn't have been a better hotel manager.

The room was small but cosy, with a fridge and a Smart TV that had YouTube, Spotify, and more. Breakfast was amazing, and the coffee was excellent.

It's cold at night, and the heater doesn't work. I told them early this morning, and they said they had fixed it, but that wasn't true. It never came on. If they don't refund me, I'm going to file a complaint and report them for fraud. 😠😤😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

I strongly don't recommend this place. When I arrived a little over a month ago, someone else was already in the room I'd been assigned, even though I had the access code. They moved me to another room, which turned out to have bedbugs. I was bitten hundreds of times, and because I have allergies, the reaction was extremely uncomfortable. I'm still dealing with the scars. I reported everything to the administration and asked for compensation for the stay, along with proof that the room had been properly cleaned. I still haven't had any response. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
