The little anniversary touch at dinner really made us happy. They wrote “happy anniversary” in chocolate sauce on our dessert, which was lovely. The food was the best part of the stay, though the staff were wonderful too. We came back for a second visit, enjoyed the place for walks and a bit of fresh air, and hope to return again. Thanks, Dennenheuvel Hotel 😎👌🏾

The roadworks made it unusually quiet for the owners, which I felt bad about. The hotel sits right in the middle of them, though, so don't let the barrier staff send you on a nine-mile detour to the other side of town. Be firm and explain that you need to reach the hotel. Once there, the team was highly professional and the service was first class. Dinner was delicious, although the restaurant cost more than I expected.

The staff were very kind, and breakfast had plenty of choice and was good quality. My room was clean, though water leaked from the bathtub and slightly damaged the wall. Nice hotel in Epe.

It’s a handy base for walking, running, or cycling around the Veluwe, and there’s a bike shed where you can leave your bicycles safely. We found the rooms comfortable, the breakfast selection good, and the restaurant one of the classier dinner options in Epe. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We loved being able to cycle for kilometers through the forests and visit nearby towns. The hotel is in a beautiful part of Holland, and the restaurant food was superb. Service was excellent too.
