I was happy with the hotel during my office training. The meeting rooms were good, and the food and drinks were great. There’s also a cinema hall downstairs and washrooms for diners. But I lost part of a gold earring there, and it was never found. It meant a lot to me because it was the first gift my mom gave me, so I’m still thinking about it. I appreciated the staff taking my complaint by phone around 11.30pm. They said they’d get back to me, though I had to call the next day to check, and the earring was still missing. If a guest can point to a likely place they lost something, it would be better to look right away instead of waiting for the cleaning staff the next morning. Even a short delay can make it much easier for a small item to disappear.

That bed was so comfy I slept for a week straight. Loved the hotel, you guys. Just thinking about it has me drooling, it was so fireeeee. It gave my dog depression, though. The vet didn’t want to treat him, so I’m taking him with me to my therapy sessions and hoping he can heal alongside me.

The price was normal, and the lunch buffet was an amazing experience. There was so much to choose from, with different breads, hot and cold dishes, meat, fish, and desserts. I’d really recommend it, maybe paired with a walk through the beautiful nature nearby.

You can walk straight into the woods from this great location. But over Easter weekend, when the hotel must have been busy, the facilities didn’t seem as hygienic. Dirty towels were all over the wellness floor where guests could see them. If you advertise adult and child friendly hours for the wellness, you need to keep them up or police them. The kids were running wild, so that selling point didn’t match what we experienced. Just be truthful about it. We also had a pretty bad experience with a bistro staff member, whose behavior wasn’t acceptable, and I say that with a hospitality background. When I told reception, they didn’t seem keen to do anything, which was really disappointing. The room seemed like it hadn’t been aired in a while, too, and I sneezed throughout the stay from the dust mites. I won’t be coming back.
