The bed was great, and the location is fantastic for cycling. The house, though, is very dark, so the lights have to stay on indoors, and that leaves very little privacy. The view could be beautiful, but we were looking at trees and a fence on the ground. We only spoke to the landlady through an app. If you rent a place out, you should welcome your guests. The location is highly recommended.

The furnishings and kitchen are more than adequate, and the price is attractive, although some maintenance is needed. It's ideally placed in the Geuldal Valley for starting hikes, and I’d recommend it in summer or winter.

A basic holiday home in a great spot for exploring the beautiful landscape of southern Limburg, but several things kept it from being a comfortable place to stay. There was dog hair on the sofa and our clothes, old, worn towels, just one tea towel and one toilet roll, and damage here and there. We had to make the bed ourselves, then found a stain on the fitted sheet. The price doesn't match the quality.

The big bedroom is upstairs, while the bathroom is downstairs, which wasn't great at night. The bed was much too soft for us, so we moved the mattresses to the floor and slept better. Our bathroom door was damaged in a few places and not clean, and the shower walls are so short that water gets all over the bathroom. The half roll of toilet paper and having to make our own bed felt a bit stingy and didn't add to the holiday mood. Maybe these are small things, but they can make a difference. It's a simple holiday home for two, one of four in a row, with a large garden where several guests can find a private spot. You can step straight outside and enjoy the lovely scenery.
