TopParken - Resort Veluwe

Our five-year-old had a fantastic time, and we all agreed this was our best holiday so far. The location is stunning, with plenty to do nearby. The site itself was brilliant, and the accommodation was great too. Absolutely fantastic all round, 10/10.

The air conditioning we paid extra for only covered the living room, so keep that in mind on hot days. We loved our three-day stay: the cabin was spacious, the living room cozy, and the atmosphere and location were great. The pools were nice but quite modest, which worked fine for us. We enjoyed the cafeteria food, and the laundromat was super straightforward to use. Our clothes came out soft and smelling great.

It’s in a beautiful, peaceful spot, but the service was really bad. Honestly, there were no services to speak of, and the pillows and cleaning tools had problems too. Reception wasn’t available to help visitors with their needs. I don’t think I’ll come back for another class.

It’s a nice, quiet park. The houses are fairly modern and fully equipped, and you hardly hear the neighbors. Having your own hot tub is a nice perk, while other houses have a sauna or both. The location is pretty, and renting a bike is a good way to enjoy it, with a good range of bikes available. The animation is okay, not amazing, but decent for a small park. There’s no one supervising the pool. Kids were throwing chairs into the indoor pool, and no adult stepped in because parents had left them alone. It makes me wonder how clean the water is, since I couldn’t find any reports about it. There are no mosquito nets, so we had lots of insects inside: spiders, mosquitoes, flies, daddy long legs, and more. That seems like a cheap fix. The bathtub was dirty when we arrived, and no cleaning products were provided, so we had to clean it ourselves.
