They were so kind and thoughtful! I added a note to our booking, and they had put some touching little details in our room. We were really surprised and hadn’t expected it. Such a personal, customer minded approach.

The studio had no plates or cutlery to eat with. Access to the sauna area was paid, and that wasn’t clear in the offer. Staff and service felt deceptive. Breakfast costs 18.5 euros per person, too expensive to risk trying when the rest was like this.

It was a work trip, so I didn’t get much chance to enjoy the hotel or see the area beyond the road between the hotel and the factory. Breakfast was the best part for me.

I couldn’t stay at the hotel, so this is only about the customer service. A week before my stay, I emailed about an unexpected issue and asked if I could move my reservation. They said it wasn’t possible because I’d booked through Bango, which doesn’t allow changes less than a week before the reservation date. But even through Bango, it’s still a reservation like any other. I’m very disappointed by the lack of flexibility and support.

The staff were excellent, and the hotel is close to the city centre. It’s new, with comfortable rooms, a coffee machine and kettle, and a very good shower. The only small drawback is the clear shower door, though that’s no problem for a couple. I’d stay here again when visiting Goes.
