The only thing I wasn't keen on was the covered outdoor seating area, which is quite dark because it's painted black. The early evening meal itself was lovely: the staff and service were excellent, and the food was really tasty. I also tried the local wine with my meal and, though tastes differ, it was just right for me. I really enjoyed the visit and can highly recommend it. Five stars for everything else.

We revisited this cozy restaurant in a lovely forest and rolling countryside setting, and the special coffee is still top class. The parking is good, the staff are cordial, and the menu is extensive. Food quality is good, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The special coffee, such as French coffee, comes served in an original, festive way. We’ll definitely return.

I asked if I could sit in the sun beside the building and was told they don't serve there. I offered to carry my own drinks over, but they said everyone would do the same. All in all, it didn't feel very customer friendly.

For about the same price, De Wolfsberg offers more luxury, a nicer atmosphere, and more food of higher quality. Here, the duck breast portion was 60 g for €25, and the Angus steak was 75 g for €28.50.
