The hosts made us feel like special guests right from arrival, and we had a lovely chat with them. The apartment was beautiful, modern, comfortable, private, and self-contained, with a fantastic shower. We really enjoyed talking with our hosts, who were genuinely interested in helping us make the most of the stay and seemed happy to see us enjoying Amsterdam. They also gave us lots of great activity tips. Getting around was easy: we took the tram from the train station and into town each day, with just a five-minute walk from the stop. The area was quiet and relaxed, and there were some nice restaurants nearby. Thanks to Ellen and family for making us feel so welcome and giving us such an enjoyable stay.

The hosts were kind and really accommodating. The place itself was comfortable, in a peaceful area with interesting modern buildings and a lovely park nearby. There are plenty of places around for breakfast or lunch, and the city center is about 20 minutes away.

That view over the water was beautiful. We spent a weekend in Amsterdam and found the room clean and tidy. The tram stop is only a short walk away, so getting into the center is easy and you can skip the hassle of parking.

The owners were really nice, and the place had plenty of space and everything we needed. After the marathon, a long hot shower was just what I wanted. The big double bed was great, and the bathroom had a separate tub. It’s in a quiet, idyllic spot outside the center, but bus 26 makes it easy to get around. All in all, a great stay.
