City Apartments - Studios

I’ve been trying to find a house in Groningen for a few months, and I’ve never had a customer service call go like this. I only wanted some information and was polite, but the woman who answered sounded annoyed. She said she didn’t want to repeat the prices because she’d emailed them and didn’t have time to listen to me. I waited 10-15 minutes and nothing came through, so I called again. She got angry and insisted the email would arrive, saying she was busy. When I asked why she was speaking to me that way, since I’d only asked politely, I said I’d call back tomorrow if the email didn’t come that day. She snapped, “I DON’T CARE.”
