The village is really charming. Service was good too, though I thought the food was just okay.

We gave up on lunch and left. My friend and I waited around 20 minutes before anyone came over, then got a grumpy response when we asked to order. We were told the menu would be brought in a minute, but it took another 10. The two men serving us, one foreign-looking with short black hair and the other white with a ring beard, were unfriendly when we ordered drinks and when they arrived. They weren't rude, but the experience certainly didn't make us want to return. We won't be coming back.

A dead bird was lying on the terrace and my daughter played with it. I let the staff know, but they couldn't be bothered. Gross.

The beer selection was good, and there's a little shop selling local products too. Dinner was very nice, especially the fish and beef stew. The fries were a letdown, though, as they seemed to come from a packet rather than being hand-cut.

Lunch with my friend was amazing. He really liked the schnitzel, and my burger was very good too, with excellent-quality meat and a nice mix of ingredients. I'd definitely recommend it.
