De Zilvermeeuw

We booked at the last minute, only a few hours before arriving in Zeeland for three days with the kids and our dog. The hosts quickly helped us find a lovely caravan or bungalow in their garden. It was tidy and snug, though the big room felt a little cramped, and we had a wonderful time there. The garden was a great place to relax, and our dog could sniff around freely. The beach was only a three-minute walk away and turned out to welcome dogs too. Nearby there was a local shop with tasty bread, plus a fish restaurant, pancake house, and brasserie bistro. Breakfast is available at the hotel, and the people were super friendly. A really nice little hotel for a short break.

The beach is only a five-minute walk away, and there are restaurants nearby. We were welcomed so warmly that it felt like staying with friends. The hosts were kind and attentive, and the care they put into things was easy to feel. Our room was spotless, bright, and nicely furnished, just right for relaxing. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. A lovely place to unwind, and we'll definitely be back.

The sea was just a few minutes away on foot, and dogs were very welcome, even at breakfast. We stayed in the smaller chalet, which was cozy and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast had everything we wanted, and we got a warm, friendly welcome.

My daughter especially loved cuddling with the two cats. The living and dining rooms had a lovely homey feel, and breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The bed was fantastically comfortable, our room was spacious and very clean, and the people were incredibly kind and hospitable. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We'd love to come back.
