They kindly let us check in early, and the hotel was very clean throughout. It’s a short four-minute walk from the train station. The room was excellent, although the bed felt a little firm. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, crepes and more.

A Beaufort historical building that used to be an elementary school, with a funky bar and great breakfast. The service was great too. Room 1 is absolutely spectacular if you can get it. Close to centraal station, definitely the place to stay in Haarlem.

The staff were friendly, and I had a beautiful room for my birthday. They’d even put a Christmas tree in there, which made it feel so homely and festive. The bath was lovely, and I slept really well in a very comfy bed.

We wanted somewhere peaceful away from the centre, and the location suited us well: a short walk from Haarlem train station and also from the city centre. The garden was so peaceful too. This is a beautiful boutique hotel with tasteful art decor throughout and clever use of space in a traditional dutch building. Our room had a dark gothic theme, not our usual choice, but it was beautiful. Everything was very clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

It’s an easy 5-minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the main Centre. The hotel looks very cute, the rooms are pretty spacious, and the people at the front desk and bar were nice. We weren’t happy with the room cleanliness, though: the faucet still had old watermarks on it. Also, there’s nowhere to hang a towel that you can reach from the shower.
