The breakfast really stood out, especially Dionne's great coffee and the local organic cheese and yogurt, which tasted so different from supermarket versions. She was also happy to share ideas for places to visit nearby. The chalet itself is peaceful, cozy, nicely decorated, and has some of the best bedding I've had. Set on a renovated old farm, there are hens, pigs, goats, sheep, rabbits, guinea pigs, small horses, a playground, and a bar, right in the North Brabant countryside. The owners are lovely, and during my business trips I've rarely met people who made me feel so at home away from home. For a visit to the area or a work trip, Hof van Donzel is great value.

Dionne and her husband Wim-Jan made us feel so welcome. Her tips for things to do nearby were great, and the breakfast had plenty of everything, plus delicious fresh coffee. We stayed two nights in the Hof van Donzel chalet in July 2023. Even with temperatures above 30°C outside, the quiet air conditioning kept the spacious chalet cool. It has its own bathroom and toilet, a really comfortable large bed, and lots of seating outside. We rented e-choppers nearby for a ride and used the B&B's electric bikes for a day. We had a fantastic stay, and I'd happily recommend this B&B. Thanks, Dionne and Wim-Jan!

We came for mountain biking, and this B&B turned out to be a great base, with more than 100 km of MTB routes. The village restaurant 't Pumpke is a lovely place to eat, too. The hosts were so welcoming, and breakfast was perfect. Inside, the attention to detail shows in the very soft towels and the warm, soft duvet. The veranda is a lovely spot to sit by a real wood-burning stove. A really atmospheric B&B, and a good fit for all kinds of outings.

We had to leave very early, so couldn't eat breakfast there, but they thoughtfully put together a generous one for us to take along. The hostess was friendly and attentive throughout. The room was cozy and had everything we needed, and then some, with a nice bathroom. Such a welcoming B&B. We'd love to return.

The garden house was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. We slept wonderfully, and the veranda with its wood-burning stove was lovely. It was a cozy stay with a petting zoo all around. The owners were friendly and looked after us really well.
