A calm canal winds through the garden, reflecting the colours of the trees and sky. A stone footbridge crosses it and gives you a lovely view of the peaceful scene. Elsewhere, an old statue stands among the greenery, worn by time but still elegant, quietly watching generations pass. The leafy canopy, rustling leaves and earthy smell of grass make the park feel serene.

A lovely big garden full of sculptures that you can look at or buy. The place feels wonderfully peaceful and zen.

We enjoyed walking around the garden and spotted a kingfisher three times. The cafe, which the owner runs, was disappointing because she was very unfriendly. I heard a woman ask whether her little boy could use the toilet, and the owner said they didn't have one. That wasn't true, as my friend had just used it. If you're serving food and drinks, you need a public toilet. The attitude was disappointing.

The garden was nice, but Cafe Atelier at the property was awful. The coffee was lukewarm and came from a thermos. There were no prices displayed, and payment was cash or bank transfer only. When we paid by transfer and showed the proof on our phone, they accused us of not having paid and were very rude. We're absolutely sure we won't return.
