A lovely option for groups or large families. We enjoyed the campfire and the nearby kitesurfing spot, along with having separate apartments and a shared dining area.

De Gelukskever in Hindeloopen has several apartments and a spacious shared area, all part of a charming, fully furnished holiday home. It’s comfortable and child-friendly, with nature nearby, and makes a great starting point for exploring Friesland and the IJsselmeer lake. Groups and families can enjoy their holiday together here, with space for up to 26 people. Highly recommended for a fun, relaxing break!

A lovely escape in beautiful Friesland, with a great location for cycling. The rooms are clean and spacious, the owners friendly, and both the forest and IJsselmeer are close by.

The beach is only a few minutes away on foot, which was a big plus. We also enjoyed how peaceful it was, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms are beautifully renovated, and the kitchen has everything you need. A very comfortable, relaxing stay. Definitely recommended!

We’ll definitely be back. De Gelukskever was a comfortable, welcoming place, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our beds were already made when we arrived, and the modern, stylish accommodation was well maintained. The beach is 500 meters away, with picturesque Hindeloopen nearby. Free parking right outside was handy, and the peaceful surroundings are great for hiking and cycling. I absolutely recommend it.
