The owners made us feel at home, and breakfast was a real highlight, especially the bread baked with flour from the windmill. We stayed in a lovely, characterful guest house in a peaceful spot, with Kampen centre an easy walk away. The rooms were delightful.

Breakfast was excellent, and the house has plenty of character. Set beside the river and Kampen’s old mill, it’s beautifully placed. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and told us about the mill, the B&B, and their family connections.

We stayed in the garden house, with a view of the IJssel and the windmill. The owners were so welcoming and hospitable. Excellent bed and breakfast, and a great place to stay.

Breakfast was super, especially the bread made with flour ground at the mill next door. It’s a charming, elegant B&B, either overlooking the IJssel or facing a fully working windmill. The hosts are delightful. Highly recommended.
