Country House Erf Bosgunst

Set among meadows, the property is quiet and has two other holiday homes as well as the manager's house. The 18-person home has well soundproofed rooms and a small kitchen counter for larger groups. The manager was friendly and helpful. Play facilities, including table tennis, go-karts, and a trampoline, are shared with the other two holiday homes. There's also a wood-fired hot tub without a filter and a gas BBQ, both available for an extra charge. Dogs need to stay leashed on and off the property, and a car ride is recommended for nice walks. Two car chargers were available at €0.79/kWh in April 2025. Bring your own coffee, tea, herbs, spare garbage bags, toilet paper, and similar supplies.

The kids had plenty to play with, and we found a nice walk for the dog. We spent a lovely family weekend in the 10-person house, with comfortable beds and a nice warm interior. The hot tub took until the next day to heat, but once it did, it got wonderfully hot. The children did miss the indoor bathtub shown in the photos. In winter, sitting outside in the sun puts you right in the shared walking and play area, which also belongs to the main house.

There's loads of outdoor space and complete privacy, with picnic tables, go-karts, a trampoline, and table tennis. The large house is perfect. The smaller 10-person one feels a bit dated, and getting to the two bedrooms at the back means going through the front bedroom.

We had a fantastic weekend here with 14 friends and would definitely return for another getaway. One tip, bring mosquito repellent! The managers were lovely, always ready to help with a big smile. We were amazed by the house: seven bedrooms, five of them doubles, three bathrooms, two fridges with a small freezer in one, two ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, and so on. It was already well stocked with things like dishwasher tablets, toilet fresheners, and a dish brush. We also enjoyed the hot tub that came with the house.
