My girlfriend had her wedding here, and it was a beautiful venue. The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was great, and all the servers were very pleasant.

We were so impressed, and our families and friends were really satisfied with the day. The food was delicious, and the service excellent. We got married at Huis de Voorst in July 2024, and the management helped us all the way from the preparations through the wedding day. We couldn’t have asked for more from them on the big day.

It’s a distinctive place, with a monumental building and lovely interiors, and it works well for a photo shoot. Guests can stay overnight, the chef is great, and the staff are really friendly and do what they can to help. It is a bit expensive. You can’t have a party in the garden at night, and the ventilation is very bad, really there isn’t any. The doors aren’t allowed to be left open.

I went there for a wedding, and the place is visually stunning. The service was polite, friendly, and quick throughout. There are a lot of stairs, so it could be a bit difficult for people with limited mobility.

There’s plenty for little kids, their grandpa, and everyone in between to enjoy. The food and people were nice, and the atmosphere was great. It’s a unique place, with 17 century character and trees that are hundreds of years old.
