We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The apartment is cozy, stylish, and really well furnished, and the beds are especially comfortable. It sits right by the dock, with the beach, shops, and restaurants only a few minutes away. Yvonne and Machiel gave us a warm welcome and were wonderful hosts. The place is minimalist and comfortable, and we couldn’t think of anything that needed improving.

We spent ten unforgettable days here. Our bedroom was tucked away somewhere quiet, while the window looking out over the canal gave us a view of all the activity. The apartment was stylish and had everything we needed. Elke and Wilfried found the hosts so friendly and helpful. There’s a garage for bicycles, and parking nearby.

Dok 20 is in a gorgeous location, and Yvonne and Machiel looked after us with real care and hospitality. The holiday apartment is beautifully finished and comfortable to stay in. Definitely worth a visit! Jaap & Jolanda - Heerlen

We’ll definitely come back. The accommodation was lovely, clean, practical, and in a great spot, with all the amenities just steps away. Yvonne and Machiel made our stay unforgettable with their exceptional hospitality. And a nice extra for French speakers: Yvonne speaks excellent French!

We’d love to stay again. The beds were wonderful, the place was super clean, and we got a friendly welcome. A five-star B&B right in the center of Lemmer, with a view over the water. Perry and Margriet
