We stayed in September and found the rooms clean, the staff polite and friendly, and the parking good. Breakfast had a nice range and was enough. Special thanks to the reception team and the restaurant chef. Dinner was delicious and flawless, you're a real master of your craft. I'd recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

We had a wonderful stay, and the staff were lovely throughout. The room was clean and had a modern bathroom. With no A/C, we had to leave the windows open, and the road noise below was noticeable. Breakfast was on the limited side, but nice, and cheaper than at most nearby hotels.

The staff were nice, and the bathroom was clean. The fake flowers at the entrance could be replaced with real ones, or left out altogether. Road noise was expected, since the hotel is next to the road, but the doors let plenty of hallway sound through and didn't keep out heat or smells either. I could smell coffee in the morning, usually a nice thing, but not when you're hoping to sleep in. There was also so much noise from someone walking around upstairs that I wondered if they were doing a marathon. Earplugs would help, and upgrading the doors and windows would be a good step.

The room was small but clean, with everything I needed, a really comfy bed, free wifi, and a TV with Netflix, which was great. The bathroom was clean and practical. Staff were friendly, booking was easy, and the price was lower than most city hotels. It had a beautiful view, easy access to Maastricht, and good car parking. Breakfast was an okay continental spread. The design felt old-fashioned, but I'd recommend this place to visitors.
