It’s clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with options for either bed and breakfast or self catering. The village is small and very quiet, and the nearby town with supermarkets is just a short drive away. A great central spot for exploring the island. Recommended.

The cottage was spotless, well maintained and nicely heated, and breakfast was excellent. The people were very friendly, and the atmosphere was great. It’s a good base for exploring Schouwen-Duiveland. And how lovely to hear all those birds singing their hearts out in the woods!

My wife and I booked a week at the B&B during the summer holidays, and our booking was confirmed. Then an email arrived out of the blue saying the reservation was canceled, without a clear reason. I sent a polite email asking about it, but got no reply at all. We won’t book here again.

We rented an electric bicycle for seven days to explore the area. Upstairs there’s a spacious bedroom, reached by a solid fixed staircase. Everything you need is provided, and each morning we had a tasty breakfast at the agreed time. A great stay. 🔝👍
