We stayed for a month and a half, but managed to use the reception coffee machine only twice because it kept failing. The reception staff could do a lot more to look after guests.

The park itself was lovely, which made the stay even more disappointing. We booked the large house with 9 bedrooms for 17 people, paying over 3000 euros, but there were no towels. Reception initially claimed towels weren't included, though my reservation said nothing about that. The neighbours had towels, so it seemed ours had simply been forgotten. The reception staff were very, very rude and couldn't resolve this simple problem. The house was filthy too: the bathtub was brown and I had to clean it, and the toilets were very dirty.

The kids were busy playing right in front of our Safari Tent, and we felt relaxed throughout our week there. The camping area is great, the pool was clean and big enough, and the staff were really good. I felt my child was safe. I also liked the no-smoking rule outdoors and the free sun protection dispensers. The place is clearly set up for children, so adults can have a dip with the little ones, while serious swimming is better done at public pools. The supermarket was fine, everything was very clean overall, and prices seemed fair. The tent cleaning could have been a little better for what it cost, though nothing too bad. Thanks, we'll hopefully come back.

The park is set in lovely surroundings, and the nearby lake and farmland with horses and ponies add to the scenery. We visited in December/January, so I can only imagine how nice it must be in spring or summer. Families have plenty to do, including the pool, mini golf, playgrounds, trampolines, basketball, football and bikes. There are houses in several sizes, some large enough for a few families. The renovated ones have well-equipped kitchens, plus things like a vacuum cleaner, baby cot and high chair. Hygiene varies, and most houses don't have a washer and dryer. Bring your own bath and kitchen towels. Inside, thin walls and windows above the bedroom doors can make it noisy, especially with kids or a bigger group, and might bother light sleepers or babies. You can also bring an RV and stay in the caravan area. There's a small supermarket and a restaurant on site. The pool has indoor and outdoor sections, a slide, baby pool and massage area. Parking is available both inside and outside. It gets quite crowded on weekends and holidays. The staff have become friendlier and more helpful over the last three years.

We were there for a month and a half, and the reception coffee machine worked only once the whole time.
