The staff were more welcoming and polite than we expected, and the room had a great view. We loved the quiet location away from the usual routes, with stunning walks in the morning. Breakfast was consistently delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with personal touches in every detail. We had a great stay.

The room was spotless and really nice, and we loved having our own balcony. The location is lovely, and there’s free parking too. We did find there wasn’t space for two suitcases, and the bathroom had no soap. The twin beds kept sliding apart, which was annoying, though we’d known about that beforehand. We’d definitely recommend it.

We had a really excellent dinner sharing the Proefplank Middelie, a creative assortment of about seven different starters. The staff were so friendly and helpful, even though we don’t speak Dutch. It’s a lovely countryside stay, well away from the towns, but we found it easily.

We needed somewhere to stay at the last minute, and the owner kindly helped us out. Our cosy three-bed room was above the inn, with a big bathroom and a separate toilet. It was nicely furnished, and breakfast was thoughtfully left for us. There was plenty of well-lit parking, and the setting was idyllic. Highly recommended.
