The room was nicely decorated and very clean, with good lighting, a great rain shower, and a Nespresso machine. We came by eBike, and the owner let us store the bikes in the hallway, which seemed safe because few people had access. Breakfast was quite simple, and we missed things like vegan butter and honey. Coffee was in cans, and some items, including the whole-wheat bread, had run out. The waitress was very friendly, though I got the impression they were short-staffed. I’d still recommend the place. Amerongen is a picturesque little town with plenty of history and lovely countryside around it.

A nice hotel, though there’s only street parking. For meals, you need to go to the Cafe a few hundred meters away.
