Be warned, the advertising is false. You only get a bed to sleep in, with no breakfast, and there’s no parking at the place. You have to leave your car in a car park six minutes away, then walk to the center to what looks like a shop. It’s overpriced for what you get. A lot of people can’t find it, and if you cancel, you’ll lose your money. It feels like this woman is running a scam. I had to give one star, but they deserve a big fat zero.

You get a basic overnight stay for a low price, and the location is nice. The stairs inside are steep. At night, there were lots of people screaming in the street outside. The coffee wasn't good, and I didn't see any tea. The profits go to a good cause.

The balcony was great, but I’d only want to stay here for one night, not longer. The room needs a lot more attention to cleanliness, with dust everywhere. Turning on the heating brought a strong, unpleasant smell, and the old building lets drafts in through the windows and doors.

The decor is a little dated, but it suits the rooms and the building. The location is lovely, right in the heart of Roermond and easy to reach by public transport. The station is just 200 meters away.

The staff were incredibly friendly. It’s a lovely, cozy B&B right in the city center.
