We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels while visiting the Netherlands, and this was easily the best one we’ve experienced. The Directors room, one of the largest, was unbelievably spacious and finished with incredible attention to detail. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and make the stay feel special. Our six-person, five-course dinner was easily worth at least a Michelin star. A must-stay when visiting Roermond.

Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We only stayed one night at the end of our road trip through Europe, and wished we could have stayed longer. We were welcomed with a glass of cava, and the friendly staff made our wedding anniversary feel special with thoughtful gestures. The hotel is right in the heart of beautiful Roermond, with convenient parking behind the property. It was a fantastic way to end our trip.

The staff were kind and professional, and the private parking was really useful. We also loved the delicious breakfast. The hotel is beautiful and well placed for exploring the surrounding area on foot. I agree with the many positive reviews, and recommend staying here. Thanks so much to everyone.

10/10
The hotel has a fun theme, excellent service, and easy private parking on site. The rooms can be a little noisy, though it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast was great. I skipped dinner because they only offer set menus. It looked good, but if you’re not very hungry, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

8/10
The staff were very polite and professional, and breakfast was very good. I had room 9, and the room score is 3/5. Ground-floor rooms and those facing the car park have very poor sound insulation. There’s also too much light coming in in the morning. As my photo taken at 7:30 shows, the curtains don’t block it well.
