The restaurant was a highlight for me: fresh, delicious food, beautifully presented, and served quickly in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always smiling, very friendly, and happy to help. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the hotel is close to the city center. Staying here was a wonderful experience.

The bar team made my five days at FLOATS especially memorable. Big thank you to Mila and Lauren. The chef put together some great meals, and the burrata starter was my favourite. Reception were helpful too, and the whole team was great. The river had different moods each day, but the service and atmosphere stayed just as good. Great location.

Rotterdam looks great lit up at night, and a terrace room lets you enjoy the view in the right season. The staff were really cool, and some great restaurants and bars are only a short walk away. A great place to stay.

The location was perfect, and the staff were 10/10, super friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags there on both arrival and departure days without any problem. The room was pretty good, with great beds and a perfect, very clean bathroom. We had an okay canal view, with the Jumbo across the way 😂. It didn't really feel like we were at sea.

The beds were my one small issue: it's a mattress on top of a mattress, and I found myself rolling around as it moved with me. Still, it's a fantastic, very central spot for exploring lots of places in Rotterdam. The staff are friendly and greet everyone coming and going. Great place ^^
