Access was easy and security was good, with great service from the wonderful staff. The room was super clean and the location was great. I’ve stayed in Rotterdam many times, and this was my favorite stay so far. Definitely consider this place!

The mattress was really comfortable, and we got a very friendly welcome and service. The location worked perfectly for us, with a garage right next door. I gave it four stars overall only because I figure there must be some absolute top place out there.

The view over the Port of Rotterdam was gorgeous, and the local cafes and water are close by. Our room was cozy, a good size, and had everything we needed, including free drinks. Staying in this lovely hotel meant we got to see the port, and I’d happily stay again on my next trip to Rotterdam.

The water view was fantastic, and my parents had a perfect stay for a couple of nights. Monique arranged everything beautifully at her BBB. Their room was comfortable, clean, and quiet at night, with all the equipment they needed. An amazing place.

The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. They were always happy to chat or help with anything specific, including tips for getting around the city and nearby area. I stayed for three weeks in August 2023, and the clean, comfortable, cozy room had an excellent view of the Rotterdam skyline. Even though the hotel is central, it stays very quiet, which suited my business trip and anyone wanting a calm place. I’d come back anytime.
