For €110 a night, or €130 with parking, I expected more than this 2-3 star hotel offered. The room wasn't clean, and there was no bin or fridge. I'm not after luxury, but the basic comfort and service don't justify that price. Future guests should know the value just isn't there.

The staff made me feel welcome right away, and they were so lovely with my dog Hazel. She got treats and attention and was basically treated like a VIP. The rooms are a little small, but clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and everything working, including the air conditioning. I liked leaving the window open for fresh air, and the nighttime nature sounds meant I slept without white noise or meds for once. There are cute souvenirs, snacks, and drinks for sale too. I'd happily come back, and this place deserves 3 to 4 stars.

Parking was cramped, with too few spaces, and they charged extra for it. The room didn't even have basic things like a bin, a small fridge, or slippers. In a city like this, I can't believe the stay was so awful. What are guests paying for? I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly, let us check in early, and even offered snacks or energy drinks when the elevator wasn't working. The nearby bus stop was handy, and it was very quiet at night. The room could have been cleaner, since there was hair on the bathroom floor. We also had trouble with the TV remote: its batteries were dead, and the replacements from reception didn't help. In the end, we had to unplug the cable to turn the TV off.

We got a clean room with comfortable beds, free wifi, and private parking, and the staff at the 24/7 reception were friendly. It worked well for one night or a short visit, and we'd recommend it for that. The room, especially the bathroom, felt much too small. That would probably matter more on a longer stay.
