The view was breathtaking and the place itself is really nice, but the staff seemed unprepared, were late, and didn't do much to help. Even with a reservation, we waited about 20 minutes to be seated, then spent a long time waiting to order and get our drinks.

The city looks incredible from up there. There are two viewing platforms, plus a lift that goes right to the top and rotates so you can see the whole city. There's a hotel on site, though I didn't stay in it. I loved the visit and would happily go up again.

The open-air platform gets really windy, but the view is amazing and the ticket was worth every penny. I bought it online and scanned it myself to enter.

The ride up the tower in the elevator is an experience in itself, and the structure is really interesting. I first came here as a young boy, and I'm always glad to return for the magnificent view over beautiful Rotterdam.

The view was nice, but it was so crowded at the top that we couldn't get on the elevator. Tickets have time slots, yet there were still so many people when we arrived that it looked like we'd wait ages to go up.
