Really nice place and staff. One thing to know: if you come back to the hotel at night, there’s a button to call the receptionist so they can let you in. It’s a bit hard to spot, but it is there, so have a look for it.

There’s a supermarket right there, along with a restaurant, so it’s easy to get food and drinks. The toilets were on the small side, but they worked fine.

The Chinese boat restaurant had a nice selection of food, and the people there were lovely. I enjoyed it.

The place was really dirty, with mosquitoes squashed on the walls. My mates and I got eaten alive by bed bugs, and we still had lumps all over our bodies three weeks later. Don’t stay here.

We only went to the hotel’s dim sum restaurant for dinner, not to stay. The Cantonese food tasted authentic and was really delicious, though a little pricey. There’s no English menu, just Dutch and Chinese, so I called my mum. We got No 1, Ha Gao; No 4, Char Siu bao; No 14, Chicken Feet; No 132, Flat Rice Noodles with beef; and Sweet and Sour Pork (20€). I can definitely recommend the food.
