Breakfast was more like a selection of stale, possibly spoiled snacks. The apples were warm and soft inside, with a sticky, wet feel on the outside; the pain au chocs were stale too, and there was no jam or other spread for the croissants or toast. Tea and coffee also cost an extra £1.50 per person on the standard rate. It isn’t much, but every other hotel includes them for free, and I object to the principle.

The room was clean, everything worked, and the location is hard to beat for a stopover, just two minutes from the airport terminal. Still, this is clearly a budget hotel. My room was tiny, with a double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, TV, and a small stool. No table, wardrobe, or fridge. Breakfast had only a few choices. I don’t know what my company paid, but I wouldn’t pay more than 70 euro; they’ve cost-optimized everything.

The rooms were clean and the staff were nice. I stayed one night and found it good for resting after a flight before heading into the city. The room was a bit too small for the price, though being right by the airport makes the cost understandable.

My husband had a procedure in Rotterdam, so we only needed a room for one night. It suited us perfectly: very clean, with friendly staff. The pet fee was 10 euro and parking was 18 euro, neither of which felt unreasonable. I’d stay here again.
