The women at reception were so welcoming and helpful, they made me feel at home. It's right in the heart of the city, and parking was very easy. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. A great experience, and I'll definitely come back.

The hotel is near the market square, and our room was comfortable at first. But during our four-night, five-day stay, it was never cleaned. We told reception several times and spoke to the housekeeper, too. The manager even said she'd clean it herself when we raised it again around 4pm, after the cleaners had left. When we got back from dinner after 10pm, it still hadn't been done. We also got several scammy messages in the Booking.com app. I ignored them after checking with the hotel by email. Somehow the booking was then cancelled, but when I wrote to verify, they assured me it was still fine, so we checked in. It turned out they'd mixed up our reservation with those of other family members. Three families had the same last name, and my husband and I were put in the wrong room, the lowest standard one. We were okay with that, but they charged us an extra €55, saying our booking had been cancelled. What the h***. If they'd given us the right information when we asked about the strange cancellation message, we could have made a different decision. The manager admitted the mistake but still insisted on the extra payment. We felt strongly that we'd been wronged and extorted.

The location downtown and the car park in the hotel are the two real advantages. The rooms are ordinary, but the beds felt worn and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was old and used. Breakfast was very poor. The scrambled eggs were dried out, and the meat had clearly been cooked a long time ago. I'd rather have a smaller selection of better quality.

I spent six days at Good Season Hotel and had a very good stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the location is excellent, beside the cathedral and just 200 meters from the center. Shops and restaurants are right nearby, and you can walk everywhere. My room wasn't big, but it was practical, and everything worked. It had a TV with various channels, a safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, plus a kettle with coffee and tea. The bed was so comfortable, I've never slept better, and the bathroom was great, with everything in the right place. The hotel is nicely decorated, with a lobby, bar, and a beautiful, spacious dining room. Breakfast had a varied, tasty selection. There are also two snack and drink vending machines in the lobby, which came in handy.
