The location was spot on during Sneek Week, with most of the action right outside the hotel. If you arrive by car, though, you’ll need to park a little way off. Staff were extremely friendly, which is always a plus, but the rooms feel dated and could use a bit of a 21st-century update.

Really good.
We won’t be coming back. The rooms felt old, including the bathroom fittings, and the bed was much too small. Our room faced the street, and the poorly insulated windows let in every sound from people on the terrace and the pub next door. There was no reception at night either.
